About Us
Operation Youth is a non-profit organization initiated by co-founders Aeron Arabis and Jatin Choudhary; two highschool students from Tamanawis Secondary School located in Surrey, BC Canada. The purpose of this non-profit organization is to provide essential volunteering and online tutoring opportunities for the youth in our community.
By launching this project, we are hoping to provide individuals with necessary online help and opportunities. Through our kind and compassionate team, our goal is to inspire others to strive for success through building connections, strengthening skills, and preparing for our future.

Aeron Arabis
Co-Founder/Executive Director and Outreach Manager
Aeron Arabis is a Grade 12 Student from Tamanawis Secondary School who is involved in many school clubs and community organizations. He takes on leadership roles in many organizations such as being co-chair for the Student Council at Tamanawis. He's created many connections with many youth leaders, and aspiring individuals, which helped him understand from a perspective that the youth are willing to create change. Despite all the community involvement, he greatly exceeds in all areas of his education such as academics, fine arts, athletics, leadership, and extra-curricular activities. Having a passion for music at a very young age, Aeron has represented Tamanawis and the City of Surrey, through many honour ensembles located around Greater Vancouver Area. His caring compassion for helping individuals pushes him to continue providing service, ultimately creating a positive impact in the community.
